Quick response to an urgent concern. Managed to get a same day face to face appointment. Doctor was really nice and seemed to know what he was doing.

There's a form to complete on the website to provide destination and personal health details. This was followed by a phone appt with the practise nurse and an appt to receive the injections a week later. All very straightforward but do make sure you start the process 4 weeks before your travel so that any local inflammation at the injection site has cleared.

Recently we have had as a family only negative experience with doctors telling us different diagnosis and treatment is not appropriate. Treatment for children is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable. Adults are waiting to have blood test results and outcome of scans with months. Appointment are the hardest to get and if you don’t pick up forget about it. The worst part is everywhere NHS is start to failing but we pay NI every month for no services at all.

The GP I saw was excellent, everything a GP should be, she listened, asked relevant questions, examined me and made a diagnosis. She went on to show me a diagram on the screen to make things clearer. Overall a positive visit.

Filled online request 31.03.2025 for appointment Pretty urgent and requested late afternoon or early am time. Called back within couple of hours and app give for late that afternoon. Doctor really good, helpful . Positive experience

Very courteous receptionist. Polite with a smile on her face. One of the best though i have not met her before. The GP was most sympathetic very gently spoken and reassuring considering my situation. I went in with a heavy heart shaking but came out relieved.

I have MS and needed to arrange jabs ordered by my neurologist last December as part of steps needed to change medication. Having chased a first jab, I was only informed on the day the second jab was due that the practice was refusing it, causing stress anxiety and likely delay to my MS treatment. This is unresolved. I was not informed in February of a letter directing this should happen as I am a few months off by 50th birthday. It seems there is a failure to communicate with me about what is going on in good time and it has now been referred back to my consultant by letter. I am left with the prospect of being forced to postpone my treatment due to this failure.
