  1. Review titled Great care and genuine help

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mrs Nicola Maxwell - Posted on 14 August 2024

I've had an ongoing health problem which I have had fantastic help from the nurse practitioner, he has given me and my children wonderful care, advice and support. Listening to my symptoms that aren't easily seen or determined in an examination. I trust him with my health care and my childrens too, a nurse practitioner that genuinely cares and it shows. My son was so happy to have seen him too, he was very grateful to be put at ease and listened to. Can't speak highly enough of my care, genuinely thankful. Thank you so much!

  2. Review titled Great care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My friend joined 2 months ago and received a blood test, smear invite and smear appointment, and a bowel cancer screening test that she was overdue in this time. I think they are going to make her live longer and and more healthily! She wasn't offered this before at her previous surgery!

On the whole I have found the surgery to be good, however they really need to sort their phone system out particularly if they intend to continue with telephone consultations as trying to get through is a nightmare.

  4. Review titled Rude secretarys

Rated 1 star out of 5

Twice today i rung to get a same day appointment for an unfit to work note. i have been of work for two weeks and now employer is asking for a unfit note from my doctor. i was told this morning to ring back at 1pm due to having no more appointments. i ring back and got through at 13:14 to be told no more appointments after being asked what i need to see a dr for. i explained again i really needed this dr note as my employer was demanding it. she said if there are any cancelations i would get a call , i said yes same story every time but thank you as im saying this she slams phone down on me! its the same every time with the secretarys there ive put in a complaint already due to one of them bad mouthing me when she thought i was on hold. disgusting behaviour and yet its some patients who get labbled through no faults of our own.
