I cannot speak highly enough of the care and support my family has received from St Mary’s. From the joy of new births to the challenges of illness and bereavement, they have been there for us every step of the way. Their kindness goes beyond medical care—Recently on the day of a loved one’s funeral who they had cared for, we received a message letting us know they were thinking of us, a gesture that meant so much. We have also in the last few months received follow-up phone calls after our children have been in hospital, the genuine empathy shown by every member of staff, and the reassurance they provide in difficult times make this a truly exceptional practice. It’s rare to find a surgery where the staff take the time to check in and truly care about their patients. St Mary’s, your kindness does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for all that you do.

Annual bloods check. Bit of a wait but apology and explanation offered. Efficient professional who saved a further appointment by taking my blood pressure whilst there. The follow up short survey needs to add appointment made online as well as telephone call ease.

I used the NHS app to state my symptoms. The surgery rang within 5 minutes to offer me an appointment early the next day I was seen by a clinical nurse practitioner who was thorough with her examination and explained everything clearly and professionally but in a friendly manner I was prescribed medication which I was able to pick up in the chemist next-door and start taking immediately. I was very impressed with the whole service from the app, the surgery staff and the pharmacy.

I had a telephone appointment with one of the doctors.She was very thorough, listened and gave me good advice. She arranged necessary tests I needed and have since done and returned. She acted swiftly and efficiently. I appreciate her help which has put my mind atpeace. Thankyou.

All tests are followed u & acted ion quickly. Great helpful staff , Doctors & Nurses. Have chosen this practice after disappointing service prior to this. I was with them years ago

I needed to see a doctor urgently, and after describing my condition to reception staff, I was able to get a same day appointment. The doctor listened carefully to me and understood my issues. He had a thorough conversation with me, prescribed medication, and arranged follow-up. I felt that someone really cared about me and this is my overall impression of the Practice at St Mary’s. Been having problems and had a scan 7 weeks prior on NHS and still no results received, Dr knew where to go on hospital system and found them, which has now discounted many possible causes. Still some way to go but empathy towards the situation has helped. Thank you
