  1. Review titled no service unless its computer

got to phone at 8:30 good luck because every excuse to avoid a face to face . Expect the run around and you have to jump through hoop's to get seen . Just go to the hospital direct at least you'll get seen. Might as well have no Dr. Used to be good now a complete waste of time.

  2. Review titled Don't bother.

You won't be able to see anyone when you can get through, they do not respond to your emails. I've had them lose track of my medication and shove serious health issues off to third parties. You might as well not have a doctor.

I really need to see a doctor face to face. In last 6 months only push doctor or a and e available to me. Getting an appointment is impossible. But surgery is all way empty of patients. Ask doctor for phone consultation and they cancel. I’m finding another surgery. Which they will be glad of as they’ve taken on too many patients

  4. Review titled Might as well not have a doctor

Appointments can only be made on the day, not in advance. This means that you have to phone up as soon as they open and hope that you get through before all of the day's appointments go. If you don't they will ask you to use Push Doctor (in my experience this has been a waste of time - often referred back to my own doctor at the surgery). Otherwise, you have to try to get through on the phone the next day. It is a lottery. Some things require a face-to-face appointment. A video call just won't cut it. Forcing everyone in the area to battle it out for appointments on the day is crazy. There must be a better way to deal with the high demand in spite of whatever staffing/funding issues the surgery may be facing.

  5. Review titled Brilliant care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

This surgery has been fantastic in caring for me since I had a serious illness diagnosis last year. From the receptionists to the nursing staff and the GPs, nothing is too much trouble and i can honestly say they go above and beyond. Very caring surgery - thankyou for making things that little bit easier

Brilliant to arrange bloods but where are our G.P's, I've been trying for over a week to get to speak to a G.P. Either can't get in the queue or by the time I get through, there's no appointments left just to be triaged. Come on you can't keep blaming covid, the rest of the country is trying to return to normal
