I was seen today, I was listened too, once consultation was done, my symptoms was told me and in a manner that I was able to understand and I felt reassured. I felt at ease once I left the surgery.

I have bee coming to the practice for a number of years and the receptionist is always friendly and greets you with a smile. I have been seeing a lovely HCA lady who is very informative and always listens to what I say and is helping me with all my questions

Phone answered fairly quickly to book appointments, receptionists very pleasant and professional. Doctors seen very professional, thorough and precise with prognosis and referrals.

Every time I walk in or call in, am always getting the best service. They always try and help , advice and go above and beyond. Definitely top class. I once had to a recalibration of my meds, and they were prompt with the tests and advice post test.

Difficult to get appointments. I did have an appointment and was seen on time, doctor listened and examined me, and sent me for X-rays, I am waiting to hear from the doctors, when the results come back.

I have been told today that this practice has a policy of only one appointment per household. My grandparents are both over 80 years old, suffer with multiple illnesses (including COPD) and one of them has been refused a GP appointment today even though they are both ill at the moment. - Does the practice have available appointments? Yes, the receptionist confirmed they had telephone appointments left. - Can my nan and grandad, who are both ill, get an appointment each? No. I was told 1 per household (and only 1 patient can be spoken to in said appointment) and I was asked 'who is more ill?' and to 'ring 999'. What a ridiculous and dangerous policy to have. Very unapologetic staff with little compassion.
