I have contacted the surgery, through their patches online facility and telephone, several times in the last year, most recently october 2024. On every occasion, the response from the surgery has been prompt, often within a couple of hours. Subsequent contact with a doctor, whether that be a physical appointment or telephone call, has also been very quick, mostly within 24 hours. An excellent, professional and well organised practice.

I completed a patches online form requesting a face to face appointment this morning, expecting to get an appointment sometime this week and so I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an appointment for the same day at my suggested time. The doctor was thoroughly helpful as always

My first visit to the practice was in March 2023 and the efficient responses when arranging an appointment were great. I was seen by a lovely GP who took time to answer all my questions, and provide me with understanding regarding any issues. I have also done a Pap smear at the practice which I thought would be terrifying! Turned out to be reassuring and comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend

After having been initially seen at Northwick Park Hospital, my subsequent care was handled by my GP practice at St Peter's Medical Centre, Colbeck Rd, West Harrow, Middlesex. Right from the counter staff, through to Practice Nursing, Pharmacist , Phelbotomist and to my GP, my care and concerns where dealt with, not only extremely efficiently and quickly, but with understanding and humanity. Their ability to listen, understand and deal with my difficulty and to make my wellbeing their number one priority was testament to their professionalism, willingness to help and kindness. This is not my first experience with St Peter's, and this episode only confirms what I have always thought, their team their is quite brilliant

I made two calls trying to sort out an a compilated issue for a friend I'm supporting. On both occasions the receptionists were patient giving me time to try to explain the situation. It was a Friday I was getting stressed, their kind and professional attitude made a great difference. Thank you

Having completed PATCHs online I was called in on the same day and had an entirely satisfactory consultation with a junior doctor. I left very reassured that good "normal" service is available in difficult times
