Had the "pleasure" of having to contact the surgery for a health issue. Internet on my phone was not working, so I used the good old phone number only to be questioned why I didn't use the AskMyGp in a very rude manner. After trying to explain (which I shouldn't have to in first place- be a bit mindful, not everyone will have money to pay Internet bill this winter , just because I'm young it doesn't mean I'm tech savvy either), anyway I was told that I would be receiving a phone call. However what I got was a text message that in order to reply to, I had to go on to browser. Yes, baffles me too. Luckily by that time I was at work and could connect to WiFi there. Is this in order to lower the patient demand?

Dear patient. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt dissatisfied with the service you received. We do understand that online access is not always convenient for patients so will always offer an alternative method of contact. I'm also sorry that the way in which you were dealt with on the telephone may not be to the standard we would expect. Had phone consultation with doctor listened to my problems and is dealing with issues in a very efficient manner
