   Contacted 111, who passed the call on to OOH Drs, I was informed that the wait could be up to 6 hours, after 3 hours I contacted them to try and get an update. The response was very unsympathetic and the usual demand is high your in a list and we will get to you as soon as we can response was given. After 8 hours I gave up, very very poor service and a disgrace to the NHS
