Went in for a vasectomy. The staff were very polite and friendly and helped me feel at ease, they were also very informative about the whole thing so I knew what to expect and what risks were involved, as well as what to do if complications do arise during recovery. The procedure itself was quick but quite uncomfortable and a bit painful, I needed a second injection to numb the area but after that it went great.

I came here for an uncomfortable procedure and the staff were amazing and made me feel at ease and proud of our NHS. The best people.

Scheduled in for a vasectomy with this surgery, not sure what to expect as not my usual. The doctor was approachable and friendly; he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. The operation was, dare I say it, an enjoyable experience! The team were talkative and funny and more than happy to keep my mind occupied while they completed the operation. Local anaesthetic, only mild discomfort, a really good experience. I'd do it again but a vasectomy is usually something you only do once. I highly recommend this surgery if you're considering the snip.

First minor op and was pretty nervous. Reassured throughout by the team and given thorough guidance and aftercare instructions. They helped take my mind off things during it, though I felt a lot less discomfort than I was expecting. Thank you, was first class all round.

Arrived as a nervous patient and was reassured, informed and cared for completely. The 2 individuals that work as a pair there are a credit to the surgery and the wider heath service.

On arrival I was very nervous the doctor and the two nurses explained everything in detail and soon helped me to clam my nerves the hole experience wasn't no were near as bad as I was expecting , I hardly evern felt a thing Definitely came out smiling as the nurse told me I would five star treatment

Just had a vasectomy and was worried I also have other problems which the team handled perfectly during my time here they made me feel safe and comfortable. Which is fantastic as I am a very unstable patient thank you
