When visiting the clinic for a vasectomy, understandably I was extremely nervous, scared, worried and everything else that goes through a mans head with this procedure. The doctor could see the worry on my face and instantly put me at ease and reassured me of his expertise and how common this procedure is. He didnt put any pressure on me and explained the whole procedure right through and checked I was happy with everything before going ahead. The nurses were also brilliant, they put me and ease and were very comforting while in the clinic. After what I thought was going to be a traumatic experience, it was surely was not thanks to the staff. Very professional, kind and polite. Thank you.

I was made to feel at ease and comfortable very quickly Good communication throughout,from entering the surgery to leaving Procedure was fairly fast and pain free,some mild discomfort but generally "not too bad" Both doctor and nurse were excellent,experienced and skilled and professional

Was very nervous about the procedure but the staff couldn’t have been any more professional, helpful and friendly. They all put me at ease and kept me like that throughout.

I was initially quite worried about the procedure. The staff made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived, the doctor explained everything to me and simplified it to make it easier to digest. The two nurses who were present were fantastic, I can not speak highly enough about the staff, true professionals who made the whole process a breeze. All in all I was in there about 30 minutes and really shouldn’t have worried, there was no need to, I was in safe hands the moment I walked in. Hats off to the doctor and two nurses you were all fantastic. Communication before hand was second to none aswell. Thankyou

I was nervous and stressed about all this and I can't tell you how much the staff made me feel at ease, distracted me and we're just generally lovely people. Recovery time now but plenty of instructions for after care. Thanks so much

The doctor was very informative about my vasectomy procedure and the operation took about 20 mins, the nurses were fantastic and very reassuring and a big thank you to the nurse who helped me with my breathing, the receptionist were very pleasant too. Great job Stamford house surgery.
