Had a vasectomy. Friendly, reassuring and supportive as I was nervous about the procedure. I would say if you are a nervous person you don't need to worry the team very reassuring and made the process smooth and rather painless.

Great experience with the team for my first and hopefully last vasectomy. Friendly, reassuring, funny – and didn’t bat an eyelid at my increasingly weird questions. If you’re having a procedure here, you’re genuinely in the safest hands. The only thing missing is a sticker to say what a brave boy I’ve been. Thanks to you all!

I arrived for a vasectomy and I was extremely nervous, but the nurse and the Doctor put me at ease. They ensured I felt comfortable going ahead with the procedure and reassured me throughout. From start to finish they made the best of a potentially embarrassing procedure and avoided me running for the door

Saw the Dr for steroid injections in my finger joints have been coming for the last 5 years never disappointed nurse is well organised and very good at distracting you when the doctor injects your joints.Cannot recommend this practice enough

Procedure explained in detail and carried out pretty much pain free. More uncomfortable than anything else. Worst bit was getting the tackle out, especially when it decided to sound a full retreat. Honestly, tap a tortoise on the head and you'll know what I mean. It was really embarrassing but thats a bloke thing I guess. The people doing the procedure didn't bat an eyelid though. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and we chatted away like we were having a brew. Don't worry about it if it's on your mind, you really needn't worry. The medical undercrackers are shocking though!!

Had an appointment at the surgery having been referred by my own practice for a vasectomy. Throughout the whole process, I was made to feel extremely comfortable in what is - understandably - a quite anxiety-provoking experience. I had a telephone consultation with one of the nurses a couple of weeks prior to my appointment which covered various aspects of the procedure, answering various questions and appeasing any concerns, this really allowed me to enter into my appointment completely at ease on the day. On the day of my appointment I felt the usual, expected nerves, but these were very swiftly settled after conversation with the doctor and nurse. The procedure was explained again prior to beginning, and each step was vocalised beforehand as to not catch me unaware. The procedure was completely painless for me, and I think that is - in part - due to the relaxed demeanour of the practitioners involved, we had very casual chit-chat about work, football, food, the lot! If I’d have closed my eyes I would’ve been sat in an armchair with a brew, chatting with old friends, rather than laying on a table with my manhood exposed!! All in all, the entire process was totally effortless and I could not be more complementary of the staff that I came into contact with! If a vasectomy is something that you’re considering, I would absolutely recommend this practice, so give them a call or speak with your GP for advice or an appointment!

I had my procedure the doctor fully explained what is happening he was very polite and professional and the nurse was brilliant they both explained what I needed to do after the procedure

I had quite a big lump removed from my back today, and the surgeon did a great job. The Surgeon and his assistant were very friendly, understanding and helpful.. The procedure Itself couldn’t have gone any better.. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Great place, great people, and they really know what they’re doing. I am very impressed

Doctor and assistant were both friendly and supportive. Had a minor operation on my head for removing a cyst. Largely pain free and the procedure lasted around 10 minutes. I cant fault this visit. The receptionist was also helpful.
