Well organised and spaces to park I was straight in confirmed my details and flu and covid jab done and then out the back all on a one way system it worked well well done to the staff at stanground surgery

When i booked my appointment all it stated was new queen street health care and stanground I know these are both linked so after booking my appointment I turned up at my local practice only to discover my appointment was at the whittlesey branch which then made me late due to traffic on the whittlesey bridge that's crumbling away I got there and nearly got told to rebook but lucky enough I managed to get my appointment or the trip to whittlesey would of been a waste of time. This could all been avoided with a simple text saying your appointment time and surgery venue

My wife and I had good service this time but generally it is extremely difficult to see a GP I am a heart and stroke patient and just sometimes need reassurance about medication extra and just can’t get through to the receptionist about my needs all I seem to hear is there are no appointments available

I was recently given my Covid 19 and Influenza vaccinations at Stanground Surgery. The booking and provision of treatment were both very efficient and provided by competent and friendly staff. Excellent experience all round. Many thanks.

Absolutely appalling services, since last year Feb 23, been chasing up for a scan, when it did happen in Sept 23, was told I will be referred to specialist. I heard nothing until I chased it up again on Dec 23. Then to be told to have a blood test which I did. Nothing after that. chased this up again, all I ask is to be referred on. In June 24 to be told I'll have to repeated scan and bloods again. They need to shut the Stanground branch and just focus on their Whittlesey branch. Let another practice take over that can do a better job. Since this I've changed surgeries and receiving a better service

If only every time you request a appointment it worked has smoothly as getting the flu vaccine it was wonderful and everyone was helpful

It is extremely difficult to access healthcare at this GP. (I'm guessing this is a common problem nowadays with GPs). They have got rid of their online consultancy system Doctrin. Now they have a new online system Anima, but it is limited on a per day basis. It opens at 08h00 and nothing was available by 08h05. This is exactly the same situation as using the phone to make a booking, so we're back to square one.

Phoned surgery and got a call back from the receptionist. Explained problem and was put on call back from GP . Professional service and satisfactory outcome. Very happy with everything today . Thank you to all concerned.

The surgery has moved to a new system called Amina. I thought it was difficult to get an appointment before but my goodness, it is now impossible. I logged on continually for a week for the 3 time slots of 7am, 8.30am & 9am. I had no joy, I rang, I even popped into the surgery & still no joy. I wanted to check if a doctor could possibly prescribe some Ibruleve 10% as I am waiting for a hip replacement & currently have bone on bone rubbing, along with a cyst on my hip. As far as I’m concerned the surgery has a care of duty & I fail to see how the surgery is providing this. At least with Doctrin you would be able to receive some reply from someone medical, which quite frankly i don’t think is too much to expect. I urge the surgery to please rethink of easier ways to be able to talk to someone medical. Failing that shut the surgery as it is not fit for purpose.
