This practice is not run in a fair or professional manner. I requested a fit note through the practice website and even after a week did not hear anything via email, post or phone. When I call them, they said nothing they could do and I should phone the following day and ask for phone consultation, meaning I went at the back of the queue.

I'm sorry you have had such a trying experience. I would be happy to discuss this with you if you have the time - it's difficult to improve things without knowing the specifics of the situation. I note that you left this review over the festive season when we run our services slightly differently, and it's possible this contributed to the situation. Have been attending Stanhope Mews Surgery for 39 years and I would not swap it. Staff generally kindly and do their very best.
