Released private information, then unhelpful when trying to find out what information has been released, then refused to take a formal complaint. Disgraceful leaving people worried about what information is out in the public domain ...

From booking my telephone consultation with reception and my consultation with the Dr, everyone was kind and very helpful, especially the lady Doctor 😀 😊

i attended apppointment with doctor at stapenhill surgery complaining of pain in chest doctor immediately arranged for scan on the chest and once the results were seen the doctor was not happy with them and immediately, plans were made for me to go to burton hospital a&e where further tests would be taken including blood x-ray, and scans a&e were informed of my impending arrival by the doctor the swiftness of the doctor's actions prevented a critical situuation getting far worse
