Few girl in reciption are so rude seems like they are the boss.some Doctor are so care less that I had to admit my 1 year old baby at hospital cause of infection where the told me in Gp he is fine. Bad service. They always back of the reciption talking to each other not giving good service to the patient.

Review titled Great experience
Rated 4 stars out of 5

I had enough time to discuss the case with the GP and they examined me and explained the case in a very good way. Also tried to book me an appointment with the hospital ASAP. Thanks! Another experience happened with my kid, the GP was not sure about the case, so they talked with the hospital and asked us to visit the hospital to check the kid and make sure nothing to worry about. The only thing I'd like they change is the telephone appointment. I really rarely find it helpful and the me or the GP usually ask to have another face to face appointment.

Review titled Worst surgery I’ve seen
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 09 February 2023
My dad has been having back problems and we’ve been trying to book appointments and nothing. We ended up in A&E which he was then referred to do MRI. For them to refer him they told him he would need another phone appointment which unbelievable and the appointment was within 2weeks from the day it was booked. Now we’re waiting for the referral letter after 3 weeks and still haven’t arrived. I called the GP and all they can say it’s not with them and the letter is sent from a different place but never gives me the number to call. My mom also done some tests there and we’re waiting for the results to arrive for more than 3 months now. Very frustrating

Review titled Gone Down
Rated 3 stars out of 5

Star lane surgery used to be brilliant before covid easy to get an appointment and be seen and everything sorted, now you have to go online wait for a call and still might not be seen, surgery even dowdy looking needs painting and being updated in its appearance Staff are always great and always helpful. The surgery needs to be back to the way it was people that could queue and get an appointment and be seen. A&E is taking all the brunt of this because people can’t get appointments for minor things, 111 is completely useless they send minor cases to a&e when they should be seen by a GP. Please Please let surgery’s start opening back to normal I know our doctors in our surgeries are good at what they do but the way surgeries are operating especially for the elderly it has changed since covid it is going downhill
