Review titled Very poor
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have just moved to the area from central London so believed I need to find a local GP and this practice is 400 yards from my home. My old practice was 5 star NHS with all appointments controlled via the GPs. Some of the receptionist at this practice are excellent others rube or curt. Getting an appointment via the online portal is abysmal. And who is on the other end are they a qualified doctor not. I have several long standing health conditions that when they flair require urgent attention yet currently I am 4 weeks in with onec GP appointment down when the young GP did not even examine me and just tried to phobe me off he did not even go through the blood test results!!!! He then realised he had not asked for urine and stool tests. These where then ordered the results are in but I have to wait 3 weeks for a follow up appointment with a different GP as I refused to see the first due to his attitude. This us appalling ! I have not found out my previous practice will take out off area patients so even thothey are 30 mins away on the train I am going back to get quality health care! I also not this practice dose not even respond to comments on this site unlike the one it's about to combine with.

A GP I haven’t met before but she took time to help me and make me feel comfortable. I booked after the bank holiday and we seen by Thursday. My prescription was sent to Roadnight and was there when I walked across the road - seamless! Thank you. I feel very lucky to get such good GP service when I know other people in different areas who are not able to be seen.

Following an operation I had an issue that was dealt with very speedily . The receptionists I dealt with were very helpful and took the matter seriously as I was in pain . The doctor was reassuring and understanding .

Completed an online e-consult and told i would recieve a call 48 hours later. Called on closing 48 hours later and told i would 100% recieve a call from the doctor. To my surprise no call. Had to wait an entire weekend to call on the Monday to be told that ahe called me and i didnt answer which is utrer rubbish as i was with my phone all evening on the Friday. Receptionist completely unhelpful and im left with no call and no appointment. Usually i wouldnt mind but its related to my mental health and im left with zero help. Will 100% be changed mine and my entire families care to a different practice.

Review titled Unhelpful and poor patient care

I telephoned the surgery to follow up on a request for a physio referral as the link to the self referral form which should be on the surgery website was not. After waiting for 1 hour the call was answered. I was told the link was on the website - not!! and then the Receptionist went to ask another member of staff who said the link was on the website - not!! After getting the Receptionist to look at the pages with me to convince her it wasn't there I was asked to google it! After doing that whilst keeping the Receptionist on the call and not being able to find the link I asked for the link that was so obvious (not!) to be emailed to me. I was called back much later in the afternoon and told to google Queen Mary's self referral - no link sent. Guess what I googled it and there is no link to click on. Such shoddy service and I now I am left trawling the internet to find the link myself when, according to the Surgery it was so easy to find, they could have surely sent it to me??
