   Needed an implant inserted. Arrive before time called earlier appointment time, reassured what was involved and likely situations that might arise - given opportunity to ask questions and implant inserted painlessly without any drama - normal from my dealings with nursing staff in this practice - just the support needed when needed and delivered with consideration and expertise.
