The Check in at the given date and time was very welcoming and efficient . The short waiting time was punctuated with frequent attention and follow up by the staff. The clinical staff was quite warm and prompt in recording patient history and then conducting the required health checks and samples for lab tests. Resassuring at every step and then ensuring quick followups and updates.All in all an exemplary Practice worth emulating by others in the NHS footprint.

A wonderful Pharmacist helped myself and my son with an enquiry which was quite complex. So professional and helpful and she listened intently to my concerns. The clinical pharmacist who called me to check about medications I'd ordered as I was going on holiday overseas was great, and did all the necessary checks whilst helping me to get what I needed as quickly and smoothly as possible. His manner was professional and he was very helpful.

After I received a letter for my mother's medications I made a phone appointment to discuss certain information. the chemical clinician contacted me and was very helpful and explained all I needed.

I was very pleased the service I received is very satisfactory. The nurse(HCA)who looked after me is very professional and polite to me. I should give 5 stars out 5 stars. After that I had appointment with a lady Dr and I was disappointed as she was hurry to finish with me. While I was in her room and talking her she already called another patient and told me she is running late. Her attitude and behaviour is not satisfactory and lack of professionalism. I will give her 2 stars out of 5 🌟.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the Health Care Assistant (HCA) you had a consultation with. I am pleased that you were well taken care off. I am disappointed to learn that you did not have the same experience with one of our doctors. Our GP consultations are 15 minutes, and our aim is not to keep other patients waiting as these patients get upset. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Morum House today, as the doctor I saw at my 04.45pm was able to lift my mood with practical advice and lived experience. Her personality was so lovely, I left the practice feeling optimistic and hopeful on life, this certainly made my day. I just want to say Thank you

I was dealt with in a friendly & professional manner. There was a problem with the distribution & availability of medication. The operative took the time & effort to locate another source to access the medication required.

The Male telephone operator was so professional, polite and helpful. He was very considerate when helping me arrange an appointment for my son. When there was an issue with the appointment date, he called me straight away once he became aware of the issue and was able to find me a new appointment. He made the experience exceptional and I am very grateful.
