Very well run surgery, kept up to date will appointments and reviews when needed, latest flu and Covid jabs originised and streamline process sorted within 5 min on arrival

Queue quite long but staff were organised & quick, appointment was for flu injection and covid vaccine injection . We had a problem parking near the forest hall surgery

Got there on time, was met at the door, instructed where to go No queueing, simple ID question, got the vaccination and on my way, all within 4 minutes Good experience

There was a queue but this moved very quickly. The staff were efficient and helpful particularly with the elderly and disabled in the queue.

Appointments are fine but as white swan is my local practice I always seem to be told to go to forest hall. However my flu appointment was handled quickly with pleasant staff.
