I arrived 20 minutes before my alloted time but joint a fast moving queue and the whole procedure took about 5 minutes. Well organised. Well done

I attended the surgery for my flu and COVID jab at the weekend and it was so quick. I was 10 minutes early and I was directed to a free member of staff who administered the jabs straightaway. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and efficient without being made to feel rushed. Every room was being used to administer that days jabs.

Got to appointment early and was seen within 10 minutes, nurse was very professional and nice. Explained so everything she was doing was easy to understand. Very happy with my experience.

As usual the practice ran the process of giving the flu and COVID vaccine very efficiently. From getting there to leaving it took 10 mins. Lovely staff you can have a chat with as you're waiting. Can't fault them.

I was invited by email to book flu and Covid vaccine. Booking was very efficient. I arrived slightly early and was promptly greeted. Instead of waiting a gentleman came out of a room and advised he was available. Vaccinated in seconds in both arms. Efficienct painless and very friendly. I have told many people about my positive experiences with NHS as loudly and as often as I can because people can be so negative about our NHS and all of my experiences in recent years have been universally fabulous. Thank you for your amazing service
