I've been to surgery twice with a very bad cough,the first time was 23/12/24,saw a doctor and tbh he didn't have a clue he said there was nothing wrong with me🤦,then I went about 3 weeks later to be given antibiotics and was told to come back after 2-3 weeks if still got it,it's been about 12-13 weeks now with couch,I've had a message of the surgery today to book an appointment concerning my cough so phoned up straight away to be told earliest appointment is 20-3-25 which is 2 weeks time?now I don't like going to hospital or doctors so if I'm phoning for a appointment I'm ill,tbh I've lost all faith in nhs think they are an absolute disgrace

I had a stomach pain and I was given the best care.I was later referred to Russell hospital Where I also had the best care

I attended the practice today for a regular health screening. Both of the members of staff who carried out the screening were absolutely delightful. I was made to feel very cared for and listened to. It was not a comfortable experience but I was really well looked after, encouraged and supported. Who knew it was possible to giggle so much!

The doctors and staff are fine, but the practice is not fit for purpose. The problem is getting through to make an appointment. The system is broken, you can ring everyday and still not get a appointment.

Recently we have changed our system, not sure if you have tried to book an appointment recently but most days we still have appointments left and the phones have stopped ringing. We have more staff answering phones on a morning and more appointments available.If you would like to discuss this further please call the practice.
