Just wanted to say how impressed I am by using the new patches online consultation tool and the timely and helpful response I received from the practice. I signed up for the service which only took a few minutes and linked easily to my NHS app. I submitted a request,which was very straightforward, at 9pm, I'd received a phone call before 8:30 the following morning and been offered an appointment for the following day. The staff member who called me was very friendly and helpful. It really is a great service so thank you!

I phoned the practice to book an appointment and my inquiry was taken care of with efficiency. The staff was extremely pleasant as well.

Receptionist for surgery very helpful, went the extra mile with each patient who phoned or came in. The one for the physiotherapist was less so. She was on her mobile when I arrived at 3.50 and said she had finished for the day and couldn’t make an appointment for me. She said she was making a personal call. Which she was doing very loudly from her desk but was unable to help a patient simply asking to make an appointment. Unacceptable. GP was brilliant. Clear and helpful and very good diagnosis.

I have always been happy with Sterndale Surgery. However, I ordered my regular medication online and was supposed to be ready on 22/11/2022. My Finastride 5mg was not ready by 24/2022. So, I phone surgery a lady said it would be ready by 25/11/2022! It was not ready again! Today 28/11/2022 phone surgery again and I was told it would be ready in 48 hours. Finally, three months ago I received my Finastride number of dates later and it has happened again now. I have run out of this medication!!!!

Superb professional and friendly service from a team that goes the extra mile. I was at fault this week in missing an appointment but the team moved heaven and earth to remedy things for me within 24 hours, and with a smile.

Some member of the staffs lack any compassion or do not show any desire to work with patients. One of the receptionist is rude, cuting you in the middle of your explanation, argumentative. The only nurse seems to be tired to work and bluntly ask you to rebook the appointment as soon as you sit down. The GPs seem ok, but these 2 need to either change job, or train to be caring people. This is the minimum requirement in the health sector

Amazing reception team, best doctors . Never had any issues in last 13 years. The reception team has always been helpful, they respond to phones and emails. Have managed to get a doctor whenever have contacted the practice.
