I had a visit to this practice today. mr. "doctor" informed me that he could not help me and that he could not refer me for an ent consultation because the set of symptoms and the frequency of their occurrence did not qualify for a consultation. I informed him that I had been to the practice a year ago with the same symptoms. I also consulted the symptoms with an ent specialist from Poland who confirmed the disease based on symptoms and medical tests. Of course, the causes were not determined. I was given medication, one of which I continue to take to this day, which alleviates my symptoms. The request for a consultation was referred to gp by my pulmonologist, fearing that the throat problems could affect the condition of my bronchi. I asked how often I should visit the practice to get a referral to an ent specialist, informing him at the same time that I was busy and did not have time for frequent visits. I received the answer that he could not help me. I do not recommend this practice. I am currently submitting a complaint to another gp.

Another excellent experience in Stockbridge Village health centre!! No problem getting an appointment. The service I received from reception staff and Dr was first class . Please if you have a good experience please let them know by using the review system . When it is just used for negative experiences it makes it very difficult to recruit new staff .

Been with svhc since childhood, staff and doctors are lovely! Though that said, sadly the system in place for appointments is horrendous!!. I work very unsociable hours and need to see a doc for a repeat prescription as they will not give me them without seeing one. I rang at 8am this morning 165 times before I got through at 8:40 to be in a queue of 9 and then told no appointments left when I got to speak to reception! I am now in work for rest of week 07:30/19:30 and have 4 tablets left! Surely for working people there should be another system we can use to book appointments in advance on our rest days?! Please help with this.

I have nothing but respect for this practice, they all work hard, specially at times like this, were it is hard for everyone, they are under staffed and paid and still do everything they can for all their patients
