On 30th Sept I attended the surgery to book full bloods appointment and a Vitamin D injection appointment. I had bloods done same day. I attended today for injection to find thos had been booked as further bloods. When i spoke to the receptionist I saw on 30.09 I reiterated the second appt was an injection, she did contradict me saying it was a vit b12 injection I wanted, I did correct her. The nurse I was booked in with today was not qualified to give the injection but very kindly sourced a nurse that was. This is not the first time I have had problems with this procedure and is why I always book the two appointments face to face. The receptionist obviously did not listen to me even though I know repeated my request to her, knowing the problems i have encountered in the past, and she confirmed this. That appt could have gone to someone else. I am not on the habit of complaining and don't enjoy it at all but it is so frustrating when this particular problem arises time and time again. Is would be grateful if you could address this matter with the receptionist involved it was about 10.45am on 30th September when I spike to her. I do not wish to get her into trouble but some gentle coaching around listening properly to customers, or asking someone else if they are not sure, would be appreciated. Thank you

Review titled Triage issues

Last week been given 5 day course of antibiotics by really nice doctor there. She also said that when they finish and You still feel no different then come again and we will prescribe some more. Got very heavy chest and breathing problems because of chest infection. Do I really need to do triage again for same problem? You exactly know my symptoms form last week. I work in night and don't have time waiting all day for someone call me and ask same questions again. Instead of calling me and asking those questions and loosing Your and my time, You could call someone else who need Triage.

A very professional and friendly practice. Very calm,quiet and orderly.Stress free environment. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery.
