First of all, I haven’t started going to this gp, but the registration process is what surprises me. So first of all I registered through the online registration form and I waited, a few weeks later I called them because they were taking too long, for me to be told that they didn’t receive my application. Now I did not think too much of it then I went directly to their gp filled in all the forms I was given and gave them the documents they needed to continue with my application. After that, I called back a few weeks later because I wasn’t receiving anything from them for me to be told again that they couldn’t find my form. And this is just bad because my data is in that form and somehow they can’t find the application?? Now I understand that applying for a gp practice can take a long but It’s irresponsible because it just proves that you are not keeping a patient’s private data safe. Not a well-organised practice if you ask me.
