I would like to put a nice positive feedback as people only seem to bad feed backs. I was sorting a prescription for a patient and I witnessed a patient yelling down the phone at the receptionist, she kept very calm & I put my hands up to her as she explained very calmly to the patient on the phone about the procedures & how long the prescription would take. It is not right to yell & shout at them, order your prescriptions in plenty of time.

I have been with this doctors for years and the last 3 years it has gone down hill you cannot see a doctor it’s all done over the phone which just is not good enough for somethings also you phone in the morning after 11/2 hours you get through to be told no appointments left when you explain it’s urgent they say ok a doctor will ring you sometime today but nothing so you phone surgery again no thing booked for you so that morning was a waste of time all they say is ring tomorrow well it’s disgusting the way the surgery are treating people I think it’s time to change doctors which I didn’t want to do.
