Waited an hour and a half to almost get sent away without what i needed. Doctor was dismissive and rude and didn't believe me when i told them my allergy. Proceeded to be rude the whole appointment and tried to prescribe me a medicine im allergic to multiple times. Overall left feeling dismissed and belittled. Horrible experience and not the first time i have had problems at this specific gp office.

Absolutely disappointed! I was with 2 kids and waited 1 hour! This is not normal! Absolutely disappointing! You should have control on situation!

Every appointment I have the waiting time is getting worse and worse. Patients should be called if it’s running this far behind - 45mins currently. It says in the board that we will be told and we are not. I was working that day and could have got a lot of work done in that time wasted sitting there when if I was told, I could have worked and left my home later or requested a telephone appointment instead.

The reception staff are always friendly efficient and courteous, and the GPs helpful and approachable, even on busy days like yesterday (October 3rd) when the annual flu vaccinations were being given

The staff at the surgery are very wonderful. It starts from reception they are very polite, friendly and have a listening ear. They will try their best to give you an appointment. Coming to the doctors a team of them are fantastic, they listen to patients, they don't rush you through. They are very thorough . clinicians. Everyone is fantastic at that surgery. Continue the good Job you doing for the community. Today the 28th of October I attended the surgery, I had a good welcome from reception. The Doctor I saw was very professional gave me time to explain my visit for do. She did a great Job. I was happy with her findings.

I have been a patient with the Practice since moving into catchment area of the practice more than 3 years ago. I have always found the Practice to be welcoming and respectful both from the Clinicians and the front facing staff. This to my mind is evidence of a high performing team who consistently demonstrated genuine patient centered high quality care from the clinicians and a welcoming attitude from the reception staff, on the phone and face to face. I visited the practice on the 7th of October 2024 for a service I have never used before, namely repeat prescription for a chronic condition for the period I would be away. I found the clinician was willing to explore the medications I would need and how to ensure that I have sufficient to last me till I am back home. The reception staff was willing to painstakingly look at a timely slot for me which was very reassuring when using a novel service from the Practice for me.

Was able to book the appointment with ease on the NHS app. Had no trouble with it and was able to see the Doctor within 48 hours. Staff are very pleasant and always helpful. The Doctors always take their time when discussing your medical concerns and treatment. Thoroughly recommend this surgery.

The main doctor is amazing- listens very well, sorts out the issue then and there! Always had a good experience with her. She listened to all my problems in one go- i didnt have to book extra appointments.

The receptionist likes to leave comments like ooo do both of your parents really need a appointment at the same time. This is disgusting illness does not come in turns it comes when it comes and she did not think of the patients wellbeing she just thought let's make a statement which wasn't necessarily. Both parents are over 60 aswell is this how we treat the elderly now absolutely disgusting. You book a appointment and don't even get seen on the time they give you and male you wait ages.
