The receptionist likes to leave comments like ooo do both of your parents really need a appointment at the same time. This is disgusting illness does not come in turns it comes when it comes and she did not think of the patients wellbeing she just thought let's make a statement which wasn't necessarily. Both parents are over 60 aswell is this how we treat the elderly now absolutely disgusting. You book a appointment and don't even get seen on the time they give you and male you wait ages.

I was there for my daughter's immunization and was attended to properly.The service was okay and the staff are friendly.

i went to the surgery yesterday for my knee problem and the doctor was very nice and she explained everything to us very good. she was so polite would recommend!

Went to day for an injection in my shoulder. As always was put at ease and never felt a thing. Always made to feel comfortable and any questions I ask are always answered and explained.

I find the Doctor and reception staff very helpful no problem is to small and offer good advice you do t feel rushed with your appointment

Went to doctors for my acid reflux as it seemed bad. Had full check up and was sent for bloods X-ray and scan as DrHoward wanted to rule out anything nasty was put on two week cancer list had many appointments with hospitals they found a tumour on a ovary had hysterectomy lucky it was not cancerous! All this was done within 3 months. Thanks to you all I am hopefully out the other side. Very grateful
