I phoned to book an appointment today. I spoke to one of the admin team. She was kind to me. She understood I needed to speak to a GP urgently and sorted it out straight away. I felt she cared about me. That's pretty special. Thank you!

I have been a patient of this practice since I moved to Stratford in December 2012. I like the fact that you can get an appointment with a GP or Practice Nurse or other health professional on the same day (as long as you call from 8am) The call back system has always worked for me when making an appointment. I like that I can be connected to other health workers such as the Pharmacist. Today’s visit was typical in that the person who I saw was professional and caring. She gave me time to speak and I felt she listened to me. I came away completely satisfied with the appointment and the follow up plan. Admin contacted me shortly afterwards and gave me a follow appointment in a weeks time. The Admin have always been very professional and supportive in any contact I have had with them. I have never had a negative experience with this practice. I would give them five stars (out of five 😊)

I was having a really bad day and struggling with mental health issues. The receptionist was really kind to me, treated me with respect and was really helpful getting me to see the correct professional. The professional I spoke to was also extremely helpful and provided me with the support I needed. I felt very well cared for all round.Thank you.

This is a message of deepest thanks to the practice for helping with a very last minute admin request that was urgent. Looking after sick family members is a really tough job and when you feel supported it does make the job easier. Thank you so much.

The receptionist was friendly, kindly and very helpful. The GP who saw me today was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this Health Centre as the best of Newham. I'm really happy with their services.

I have been on the phone trying to reach Stratford Health Practice all afternoon from 12 but no one is picking up, I called several times. There was no queue as the automated voice said "you are currently caller number 1". Very disappointing

Dear Dan I am so sorry for the obvious inconvenience and total frustration this has caused you. There have been national issues with GP Practice internet connectivity which are being investigated /resolved as a priority but we were continuing to receive calls so not sure what the issue was - we will of course raise this also as a priority with our telephone service provider. Stratford health centre has been extremely accommodating and has made my nhs experience quite pleasant. The staff are all really friendly and when I call for an appointment or to ask a question they always make sure I know my telephonic and in person options.

Taken a few years for me to be referred to an ENT, but hopefully worth the wait. Otherwise, staff are lovely and can usually meet the needs I have whenever I’m there.
