Very rude behaviour from receptionist lady not giving proper answer, we need only one GP letter for maternity and she told us we need to pay first £40 and then wait 2 weeks. We already made a request to get that letter but the lady was so rude and waited us 5 minutes because both lady was on call if you are sitting on reception you have to give first preference to whom standing out there.

I am housebound , for the Covid vacc. Twice, I just waited for more than three hours as the advance instraction from the GP. but no one of the Dr/ Nurse or the Staff Member has turned up to provide it to me. Ijust kept me waiting. this is a big mental harassment at my this age. I am very upset with the service because no one even picked mycall.I kept waiting for more then 7 minntes

Dear Mrs Churasama, Apologies for the confusion. We had contacted you with reference to the date of our Healthcare Assistant visiting and we also provided a time bracket of the visit. I am really sorry that you were kept waiting. I can confirm that you were visited at home for your vaccine.

It was necessary for an external association to contact my GP to organize an ADHD referral, I have suffered from this issue for many years, it has affected my work and family life. Despite several visits to my GP , I have not yet been sent for a referral and it has taken the intervention of someone not related to me to finally get this the attention its requires. It is imperative that if I am to continue functioning and progressing into employment that I am diagnosed quickly and receive the correct medication to alleviate my condition. I will leave another review depending of what happens next

Dear Mr Sojitra, Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you feel your concern has not been addressed. My member of staff has looked into this and we are able to confirm that a referral was done for you in 2022 and that you are on the waiting list. We have been informed that there is a current waiting time of 36 months since the date of referral. I will contact you by telephone to clarify the details. Rina Borkhatria, Practice Manager

Since registering with this practice I have always had a good efficient service. GPs have always been good, reception staff able to deal with queries effectively. My experience today was very good. I completed the patches form and within 10 minutes received a phone call to come to the practice for an appointment straight away. I arrived at the appointment, only waited 2 minutes and was called in by the GP. Would highly recommend
