They used to have an app that stopped working. Since then you have to call to get a repeat prescription, the holding time for them to take a call is minimum an hour. Right now for example I have been Caller number 1 since I started the call over an hour ago but they do not answer their phones. And note I have to go through this every other month, most of the times because i can't get through i need to hang up return to work which then results in me running out of medication and having to get the emergency prescription and continue to call until i can get through to someone. Every time I go at reception to book in person they are all just talking and laughing around. To be clear I mean Edith Cavell practice. Get yourself a GP that you can actually reach and cares about helping.
