Worst most unprofessional receptionist i’ve ever come across, so belittling and has no ounce of empathy for the person over the phone. Reception office is also extremely unprofessional with staff laughing and talking so loudly in the background that I could barely even hear the receptionist on the phone. Only reason people come to this GP is because of language barriers that are overcome by arabic speaking doctors, but the receptionists bring the reputation of the whole gp down, its genuinely unacceptable the way they talk to people.If you are able to go find another practice. Its the fact that 90% of the reviews also mention the same thing and nothings been done about it?

Very limited experience of this surgery. I wanted to register as a new patient and filled out the forms online. I recieved a phone call saying that they are only taking patients out of the area or from abroad. I was surprised to say the least.

My son has got problems when I try to book an appointment every time the reception say u can book online from 4 week try to book app say no appointment yet they so rude with us only reception
