I had the pleasure of being attended to by an exceptional practice nurse today. With superb people skills, a wealth of knowledge, and a seamless speculum technique, I felt safe, informed, and completely at ease throughout. Thank you!

Over the last two years I've visited this practice 4 times for different reasons. Each time it was quick to book an appointment and all my issues have been taken seriously and sorted quickly. Every member of the staff is been very caring and thoughtful and overall it's been a very good experience. Very pleased with the service, thank you!

I liked the doctors and reception staff, they seemed nice and usually very accommodating. Recently though I had a massive issue with referral to the hospital. There were multiply confusions, I had several GP appointments to only ask for a referral for the blood test, and then it was not done anyway. I am still in the process of following up - but so much stress and time was spent. I really wish I could move to other practice but I am worried all of them are the same mess.

I had the pleasure of meeting of the best GPs today ! Very nice and compassionate The experience from the front door was also good ! The front desk team were able to triage and attend the patients quite efficiently. Thank you !

I've been coming here for years and the clinic has really improved its processes of late. The receptionist today had a kind, sympathetic manner and was really patient. Receiving a call from a clinician meant there was no need to come in. Simple, efficient and effective. thankyou.

always friendly and attentive receptionists, fast service, excellent specialists all doctors are always very attentive and caring, they understand the patient's problem and help to solve them, and this is important. They will always give the right advice to improve the treatment.
