I recently had a blood test, carried out by one of the practice nurses, and I was treated in a friendly and caring manner. I have also witnessed the way that staff have dealt with other patients in a caring, compassionate manner.

Booking was straightforward, kept informed throughout, long queues on the day soon dispersed to the various staff giving injections. We were seen at exactly our appointment time by a very cheerful team. Well done!

The nurse was very thorough, positive and cheerful. The process was clearly explained as well as there being a clear explanation of what the blood test would be used for.

I took my mother to have her Covid jab she joined the queue to have it I parked the car went back to fetch her and she was already done as she is weak on her legs she was taken through quickly she was so great full that this was done well organised Covid jab day thank you very much for a great service and well organised

I attended a flu and covid vaccination The session was well run with the recall for vaccinations well administered. Plenty of pleasant helpful staff to allow a good experience on the day.

Big thanks to medical staff and the volunteer stewards who gave up their weekends to make the flu and Covid vaccination process fast and efficient. All staff were polite and good humoured so very much appreciated

Having an appointment with a nurse for a spirometry test which i was unable to complete , the nurse did further tests . They then advised I see a Gp which they arranged and I was in the GPS office within 5mins . The Gp reassured me explained what may be happening, and arranged for an xray , I was told to ring the surgery if I continued to feel unwell or got worse. I feel I have had outstanding service from this surgery

Attended practice for dressing change on injured arm with duty nurse, lovely lady, caring and efficient. Have tried to leave report as requested by using the Link supplied but it must be faulty as error message appears. Have already reported this to receptionist after last visit but the problem still exists
