I had a telephone appt with the Pharmacist who was sympathetic to my problem and, very helpfully, arranged an immediate prescription. She also undertook to arrange a GP appt. Calmed my worries!

Just so easy, in and out in 15 minutes will be contacted if there are any problematic issues with the blood results

I live in Northern Ireland but came to visit my son in Ashford. However I have stayed longer than expected which left me needing a prescription for my medication. I tried NHS111 ,hospitals and a local GP. 3 days later I walked into Studholme Medical Centre in Ashford. All I can say is that they were absolutely brilliant. They put themselves out for me and got my medication. Thank you so much. Patricia Wilson

More often than not repeat prescription has failed to reach designated chemist which then entails trip to surgery to sort out. When trying to fill out form online for appointment often comes up "full capacity". Sorry that is not acceptable.! GP's don't seem to be interested in what you have to say and almost impossible to see same GP twice..Have been with Studholme for 45 years it is now appalling surgery.If I could move doctors I would but suspect they are all the same. Studholme needs to take a long hard look at themselves and ask themselves who they are there for ...patients or themselves...
