Great staff. Very helpful. Let down by rude doctors who can get very angry with patients and relatives and do not hesitate to be verbally abusive. They lack listening skills and the ability to practice holistic medicine. I had the misfortune of having to speak to them when trying to get symptom care for my elderly relative.

Each time I have called.. it longer for answering but when I got through receptionists, doctor and nurse were really helpful and gave the right advice. Very much appreciated

Reception team will not pick up phone calls I will need to make around 20 calls in morning in order to book and appointment by the time someone picks up the phone call I will be told no appointments available. The service for Sudbury Surgery is horrible.

We have upgraded our telephone system which now allows you to ask for a call back, our surgery website offers patients the facility to complete an eConsult request.
