   I used the e-consult service to book an appointment for my daughter. I was called shortly after by a friendly receptionist and given a face-to-face at my local surgery. The Dr we saw was absolutely brilliant. Her bubbly personality shone through which put my little one at ease immediately. She was quick to confirm a diagnosis of rash, and was incredibly informative. I have to also give credit to the HCA at Summerhouse. She is fantastic. I am extremely nervous when it comes to blood tests and she knows exactly how to deal with me. She never looks flustered or rushes me out the door after. (As I am prone to fainting) A true professional who cares. Thank you!!
