I would like to thank all doctors, nurses and staff for all the care that was shown to my late wife and myself. The compassion, professionalism and caring attitude was evidence in the care of my late wife. Thank you for providing me with such an exemplary service.

In this world of everyone seeing only the bad in the NHS, I just wanted to share with you something which often gets overlooked and not spoken about much. I had cause to ring South Hylton surgery both personally and professionally in the last 2 weeks. I would like to say how polite the receptionist has been when speaking with me as a patient's representative. Praise where it is due.
