Absolutely awful experience with Sundridge GP. My family and I have been trying to register since mid-January, and the level of incompetence and negligence is shocking. First attempt: Submitted an online application—they lost it. Second attempt: Came in early February, only to be rudely dismissed by the receptionist, who told us to leave because she was "too busy." Third attempt (10th February): Finally managed to submit forms in person and were assured that, since we have a newborn, our registration would be expedited. 21 days later: Nothing. We called last Wednesday to follow up, and they promised it would be done by Friday. Still nothing. Now, my wife—who had a C-section—urgently needs to see a doctor due to post-surgical bleeding and a possible infection. We called for an appointment this morning, only to be told that we still aren’t registered and therefore cannot see a GP. The staff is rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. They do not care about their patients, even in urgent medical situations. If this is how they treat newborns and postnatal mothers, I cannot imagine how they handle other patients. This practice is a disgrace. Avoid if you can.

Called 8.15am to ask for a telephone appointment with a specific doctor for some point this week. Got exactly what I wanted for 9.40am same day. When Dr called, they were bright, cheerful and helpful. Listened well and understood I was trying to cause minimum impact on the surgery with my request. Prescription sent straight to great pharmacy next door. Plan in place for future. All in a 10 minute call. I’ve been a patient here for several years. They don’t always get it right, but they usually do. They are the high standard of the NHS we should all receive and expect. It is appreciated. Thank you!
