Very nice and helpful nurse who was new to me. I still would like to see now and then a nurse or a doctor who knows me and my medical past. I know how difficult the situation in the NHS is and I am grateful to all the nice nurses who have helped me.

Friendly, professional discussion asking why and what the history of my issue was. Listened and asked questions before explaining his thoughts. Felt like the doctor has good background experience and knowledge of my issue and went over my X-ray to explain to me what had happened. He also helped to rule out my other concerns and suggested exercises to prevent it happening again.

I filled in an online form on 24/06. I also phoned the GP surgery a little over 8am on the same day. My form did not flow through to them, so the lady on the line helped fill in a new form. The lady on the phone was excellent and I cannot fault her. But what happened next is unacceptable and need remediation urgently. I am 27 weeks pregnant. Suffering from heart palpitations and low iron. I’m struggling day to day and really need help. My anxiety levels are 10/10. I was never triaged. I only received a text message asking me to rate my experience at the surgery; an experience which was non existent.

Friendly staff, appointments are always on time. Ease to book appointment. Always promptly responded to queries submitted through online portal. When I was pregnant; never had any delay to book appointment and to get prescriptions.

My GP was super polite and professional. She explained everything regarding my recent blood tests very clearly, taking away any worries I had prior. Booked me in for the required tests and answered all my questions perfectly. Soft spoken and good listener too. Best GP experience I have ever had.

My contact with the practitioner has always been so valuable in directing me along the right path with my pain medication… I don’t feel that I’m wasting her time and I’m always comfortable in our consultations. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional yet so approachable in discussion. She has been keeping tabs on my progress and suggests another appointment to check on progress or any problems… all the consultations make me feel comfortable and all my concerns are being treated with empathy , humanity and expertise. Sometimes a word at the right time is better than a prescription. I am indebted to the surgery for this mode of treatment and most grateful for the practitioner’s invaluable help. Thankyou so much.

Unfortunately the healthcare assistant I initially saw at Goldsworth Park was not able to take blood sample as I have small veins that are hard to locate. However she did make me an appointment at Sunnymead in the afternoon where the healthcare assistant successfully was able to take blood sample.

I have been always quite pleased with the staff in this surgery, my recent experience was absolutely 5+ star with the nurse(s) too, had a great support, reassurance and advice. The nurse helped to get prepared for my hospital appointment, which was very stressful for me, and because of her attitude and knowledge was a huge help for me to put my mind on ease. Many thanks for this, I am so grateful.

I have recently visited the surgery for bowel problems and the doctor ordered the appropriate tests for me. When an abnormal result was identified, I received prompt notifications and referrals. Staff are very caring and made sure that I am taken cared of though multiple phone calls to reassure me. Thank you.
