This is a surgery where you have been booked an appointment but rather have to wait for 30 minutes or much more to even be see after your actual appointment time slot. Also looks like a bit of pick and choose who gets seen rather than who is next . A Very disappointing place and experience. Very run down too. The only Positive is the name of the surgery. In the end I decided to cancel my appointment at reception as I was not going to wait and waste my time there any Further.

I attended the Sinrise Medical Centre this morning for a spirometry test, I was greeted warmly at reception and was seen on time by the nurse who carried out the test. She was most friendly and immediately put me at my ease. We chatted as she worked but got the job done efficiently and expertly guiding me through the various procedures clearly. I couldn't ask for more. Apparently I'm not allowed to mention her name. The Medical Centre itself is a little shabby and could do with refurbishing. The waiting room was cold but in its defence it was a very cod day. However service is what counts for most and I couldn't fault it.
