This little surgery is so welcoming. Going there makes me feel comfortable and that I'm with a really caring surgery, like Patford House used to be. A world away from Beversbrook. The doctor was lovely and she really listened. I never feel like my 5 minutes are up before I get in the door when i go to Sutton Benger. The staff are lovely too. I just wish we lived closer.

Had to wait a few weeks for appointment but not as bad as it has been in the past. The procedure to get an appointment is a bit long winded and the Patchs questionnaire is not that straight forward .

Contacted practice on the day of my concerns, contacted within two hours, blood tests requested by clinician. Sent text message with appointment within a week. An all round pleasant experience. Big thanks to ljwho reassured me and gave excellent advice.

I had to wait 4 days for my appointment but it was worth it in the end as I was given a thorough examination. I felt listened to and not rushed and felt confident in the diagnosis and treatment

The staff have been unwaiveringly helpful and friendly, answering queries and following up for both me and my son. The GP I saw was approachable, kind, knowledgeable, sensible, and spoke to me on a level without patronizing and with a common sense perspective. I felt heard and answered. Thank you.

No waiting, friendly people and unhurried professional service, including a good pharmacy. You hear horror stories about some GP practices, but definitely not this one. It's a shame that they went over to that awful time consuming robot telephone system instead of going straight to a receptionist, but it's only a minor irritation.
