   The options when you try to ring up don't work properly and don't make sense. I just wanted to check the time of my appointment today but keep getting put through to the wrong reception and then getting cut off when they try to transfer me.

   I received a response saying my previous review could not be accepted surprise surprise! the telephone system for making appointments is appalling
