I saw the doctor last week who diagnosed a chest infection. He said to return if I wasn’t getting better. I called again and got through easily and was given an appointment same day with a lovely doctor who was very caring and kind and helpful. We have been with the surgery for about 19 years and always found all the staff, doctors, nurses reception to be helpful, professional and efficient, especially when my children were young they would always endeavour to see them quickly if they were poorly. I feel very fortunate to have such a fantastic GP surgery .

I had an appointment today at noon and the doctor was exceptional. She listened to my complaints despite the fact that I had a frown on my face and took her time in attending to my issues. At the end of my time with her, my mood had improved greatly and she was really helpful.

Have been visiting surgery daily/ every other day for the last 6 weeks and have been treated by the nurse who has been amazing, she’s put my mind at rest throughout and has gone above and beyond in her role. I can’t praise her enough for her professionalism and caring manner.

The practice is very good and staff, sometimes go out of their way to accommodate their patients and fulfil their medical needs. Overall, it’s clean and friendly and the doctors are trying their best in improving the quality of care provided

My daughter and i had both been suffering with a high temperature, Worsening cough, etc the symptoms just weren't going away. The doctor listened empathically and sorted out the problem straight away for my daughter and I.
