   Arrived at 4:20 for a blood test booked for 4:30 i gave my name to the receptionist which she repeated back to me then got told to take a seat. 4:50 and the receptionist asked for my surname and goes into a room to speak to nurse then returns to tell me she's sorry but she didnt mark me as arrived and that the nurse had to go now. Then followed up with "why are you looking at me like that". Absolute lack of competence.
