Doctor was very helpful and listened to my issue and gave me clear advice. Very polite and helpful man who helped put my mind at ease with my issue.

The doctor I had my appointment with in room 5 (I have forgot his name) was the best doctor I have seen since being with this practise. I have seen him on 2 occasions, and both were very pleasant experiences. He is polite, very well spoken and also makes you feel as though he actually cares about you whilst you are there which is comforting. He asked thorough questions to get to the bottom of the problem and I walked out the Doctors with treatment as well as 3 google links to get to the bottom of my problem which was more than enough. This doctor deserves a raise, he was brilliant.

Tried to get a doctors appointment to get my sick note renewed. Told to phone back next day at 8am as they had no apps. - Phoned next day and was told the same - Phoned next day and was told the same again. This is a constant problem at this surgery, there is no way you can get an appointment. How on earth all the appointment are gone by 8.15am I don't know. How many appointments have they got a day 5?. Twice now I have been threatened with having my disability benefit stopped because I can't get my note renewed on time. Something needs to be done about the appointments system - surely someone at the surgery is clever enough to see this - or maybe not? Complained to NHS england but nothing done yet.
