My Doctor was so reassuring. I haven't been to a doctor since pre covid. I was very anxious. The receptionist was very warm and polite. The doctor called me in on time. She dealt with all of my issues very efficiently and she was calm and very caring. Highly recommend 5 star service

I have been trying to get to see a Gp since February this year. I was seen initially and referred to physio which has not worked. I have tried to get an appointment, they never answer phone if you go on person told no appointments go to urgent care. I have constant pains in my leg where I have difficulty in walking. I went to urgent care at gravesend and St Thomas hospital was refused treatment told to go back to my GP. Catch 22 situation. In the last few months past seen at A&E Darent valley after 6 hour wait told by doctor my age that I did not need an X-ray should see my GP. He would not even listen to what I had to say. Dreadful service overall. I am still in pain affecting my daily life and not sleeping properly. Still trying to get help impossible situation unhelpful Receptionists on GP and local hospital. I have to work in the NHS As well. I am always there for the NHS but sorry to say when I need help it is not there for me. You need to do better for all your patients treat us with dignity and respect.
