I would like to commend the practice and especially Dr.C on their attentive and warm professional conduct. I came in to discuss a sensitive matter and was made to feel safe and heard. My health concern was dealt with in a dignified and reassuring manner and I'm so grateful for the expert treatment and advice offered to me. Thank you once again!

We had an emergency rabies vaccine booked with the practice because my son had been bite by a cat while we were on holiday. The country where we were had given for free the vaccine as soon as it happened without any issue. I called the practice well in advance to make them aware of the situation. The nurse had insisted that we need to come on a specific date to get it done. One of the receptionist cancelled our appointment the day before late in the afternoon because the nurse was unwell and although I explained to her that they need to find an alternative because missing the appointment could be fatal to my son and I didnt have enough time to sort out the situation elsewhere, she did not listen and kept on repeating the same thing - no empathy and no knowledge of the emergency situation at all ! One of the doctors of the practice finally called me back and suggested an alternative ! The practice really needs to invest in training their receptionists to be more understanding and flexible in emergency situations instead of giving answers like robots ! This had generated lots of distress and worry on my side before receiving the doctor's call !!!!
