I cannot get through have been trying for 10 days when I did get through was told the pharmacist had no more appointments and to call back in two days how am I meant to get a medication review when the pharmacist has no appointments and ask nhs said they had an appointment for 14/10 took my phone number then said nothing is available and to call back later tbh I have now given up

We are working on a number of ways to increase the size of the clinical team, including the pharmacy team, as we understand that there are real problems for patients getting appointments.
