Joined this gp recently after them telling me I can walk in and I should be able to get a face to face appointment. They cancelled my blood pressure medication for no apparent reason so I had to have a telephone appointment to try and get to the bottom of that for them to tell me that it shouldn’t have been cancelled. So I was without medication for a week, I’ve since been trying to get a face to face appointment with my doctor after a clinician told me too.. so I’ve already had many telephone appointments for them to tell me that all they can do if offer me another one after me being told to phone and request a face to face. Been in pain and discomfort now for a while and can’t even get a face to face appointment to see my doctor! Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful I’m now looking to change my doctors again after a very bad experience with tame valley

I apparently had a telephone appointment today made by the surgery after test results came back abnormal, I awaited all day even changed my schedule to take this call, but guess what no call ever came, I even contacted the surgery 3 hours after the initially call was suppose to be made only to be told I’m still down for a call back, which again never came, stating I will be called after doctor finished his clinic, delayed treatment after abnormal test results which apparently can became quite severe, I work for the NHS as a health care professional and I’ve never known it this bad to get to speak or see GP.Listen people if you can’t get an ambulance or you have to wait for hours in a walk in centre or A&E now you now why.

As part of providing live access to medical records, there can occasionally be background processes that aren’t immediately clear to patients. In this instance, the GP, in their effort to ensure timely follow-up on your results, inadvertently booked you into the wrong slot. This created some confusion when you accessed your records. Once the GP reviewed your results, they proceeded with the necessary follow-up actions. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused. My doctor has been nothing short of exceptional when it comes to myself, ive had some complex issues with my brittle asthma and my chrons disease. My dr has taken the time to help me with my medication and to help treat and manage my conditions, I honestly feel so greatful to have him as my GP. I honestly believe he's saved my life, just by taking that little bit of time out to correctly treat me, im not just saying it but by far the best doctor I've ever had all my life!!

The care that I have and am receiving at Thame Valley medical centre is excellent. The medical staff have been really diligent and caring. I am very pleased with the care that I am receiving. In particular the constant monitoring of my blood to ensure everything remains healthy. Thank you.

Staff are pleasant and welcoming, I called for appointment could only get telephone appointments at the time. Once the Dr called they got me in to see face to face within 15minutes. Quick assessment and told me the exact process I would be going through. We changed to this surgery due to being unable to get appointments at old surgery even when very ill. We have only been with this surgery for approx 2 years however they have always responded very positively.

I had a medical issue, that was resolved with no issues and wait time. I phone the surgery in the morning and by the end of the day I had a treatment plan. Very lovely team, patient and understanding. And the next they I was phoned so they could check up on me and my symptoms. I can not express how well cared I feel thanks to them. An amazing surgery given the very bad experiences I've had in the past with different surgeries. Thank you everyone for a job well done

Joined the practice In September 23 and I had to reach out on acoupleof occasions and the service has been great... appointment offered on the same day or I can book online. Never a long wait on the phone. I can only speak has I find all staff are friendly and the Dr's I have spoken to I can't fault them. Thank you

Have been ongoing problem but Dr refused to give us further test nor refer us to a consultant The medicines given us is more harmful because they are just shoot in the dark without a proper diagnosis Trying to get a chance to speak to the practice manager but impossible after 3 weeks Still suffering the same ongoing problem but cannot even get an appointment now until weeks later
