   I have found that people are always very eager to leave negative comments about their experiences but positive experiences are easily overlooked, therefore, I just wanted to say how consistently excellent the service is from this Practice. The reception and admin staff have recently shown such kindness and understanding when I needed an urgent appointment and went above and beyond to help me. The clinical team were amazing and gave me such care and assurance. As with any NHS service at the moment resources are stretched but when I needed help it was dealt with efficiently and in a really caring manner.
